How To Deep Clean Carpet By Hand?
Want to deep clean your carpet but don’t have money to buy or rent a carpet cleaner?
Don’t worry there are several techniques in which you can deep clean your carpet by hand.
Many of the products you need to clean your carpet are inexpensive, and most of them are usually present at home. All you need is a bit of time and energy, and your carpet will look new and fresh. It is evident that a mat gets dirty time to time and there is always a need to clean it.
The following methods and solutions work great with cleaning, removing stains and deodorizing the carpets
Cleaning The Carpet With Carpet Brush
Remove the dust, soil, and pollutants from the carpets by a carpet brush by using some elbow grease to agitate the carpet. After you’ve stirred the whole area, you need to run a vacuum to pick up pollutants and dirt that you loosed during agitation.
This method should regularly be repeated to prevent dust particles from settling in and makes carpet looks dingy and ugly.
Hand Clean Carpet With Vinegar
Do you want to have your carpets look clean and smelling fresh without any steam cleaner? Not a difficult task. You need to improvise a bucket, scrub brush, white vinegar, warm water and your energy to do it.
Put vinegar, warm water in a bucket and start to scrub the carpet with a scrub brush and make sure that the mixtures make the carpet wet not saturated. Now when you washed the carpet once then empty the bucket and fill it with fresh water. Dip a clean piece of cloth and towel in it and start to scrub the rug again. After you rubbed the second time thoroughly, let the carpet dry. To speed up the drying process turn on the floor fan.
